2.2 Activation Failure

2.3 Duplicate Payment

3. Cases Not Eligible for Refunds

  • Channel changes occur (additions/removals)

  • Temporary buffering during high traffic

Once access is delivered, the product is considered non-refundable.

4. Free Trials

If a free trial was provided before purchasing, you acknowledge that:

  • The trial demonstrates service quality

  • Refund requests after full purchase will not be accepted

  • Trials cannot be extended or repeated

5. Service Performance & Expectations

TVNado does not guarantee:

  • 100% availability

  • 100% uptime

  • That every channel will work 24/7

  • That channels will remain permanently available

  • That all third-party servers will be flawless

IPTV relies on online streaming and third-party infrastructure.
Performance may vary based on your device, location, and internet provider.

6. How to Request a Refund (If Eligible)

7. Chargebacks & Disputes
